Czech students presented the international educational competition Expedition Mars during the Education and Outreach section of Humans in Space Symposium 2015. Their participation was ensured through the finnancial support of the Czech Space Office, the co-organizer of the event.

In June this year, the Czech student team from Prague Electroengineering High School in Ječná street took part in the fourth European competition in the construction and launch of functional CanSats. Of the more than 50 high shool teams from all over Europe, the nine best got to the final round.
On 22 April 2014, the nonprofit organization Suitcase Science (Věda z kufru) opened its new Student science center in Prague, the first of its kind in the Czech Republic. Center's activities are based on eduction of students in natural sciences by student teachers of the same age.
