CITT Prague - Academy of Space Technology

CITT stands for Centre for Innovation and Transfer of Technology. The aim of the CITT Praha project is creation of a centre of innovative technologies, which would concentrate the cooperation of Prague R&D and industrial entities focusing on perspective technologies and products. This will create a totally unique kind of facility - not only within Prague but also within the whole Czech Republic. Its uniqueness lays both in engagement of subjects that are leaders in their area of expertise are focused on R&D in the field of GALILEO technologies and their real world applications and in supportive environment that would catalyze cooperation and common research efforts. No less important is, however, their integration with subjects of both non-profit and public sectors and in creation of effective cooperation because these individual sectors of the economics influence and overlap each other both in terms of their work and in the results achieved, especially in areas related to the transfer of technologies to the commercial use.
